Today I thought I would comment on a commitment you made to me a few months ago when I was considering using your web service for our non-profit business. At the time you said if I decided to use your company that I would be very satisfied with the website development, the training provided and the level of on going service needed to support our website.
I must tell you that your staff has lived up to that commitment and the website development is progressing nicely. When I have questions, your staff have been available each time I have called and patiently walked me through answers to my questions. If I am working on the website late at night, I often use the email ticket to ask questions. When I get up in morning, I have an email response. That's less than a 12 hour response time!
I understand we are not done with the website's development yet, but I felt compelled to compliment you and your staff on an excellent start to a great business relationship.
