We have added a scheduling feature to the text messaging module. When you enter your desired message you will see 'Scheduled Date/Time' fields. This way you can schedule a series of text messages to go out in the future.

When creating a calendar event you can click on the dropdown to link it to a registration and you will see a new option for 'Enter a custom registration URL'. If you select that option, a new field will display right below where you can enter the link.
On the more info page for calendar events, it will display the registration button like normal but in these cases the button will go to the custom url they entered.

We have a terrific tool for our customers to use in order to move community businesses from being educated in the value of membership, to actually being a qualified lead. This process makes it much easier to grow membership.

Facebook, as of 8/1/18 disabled part of their api that allows for posting to a person's timeline. Posting to FB Pages and FB Groups still work though and we have adjusted the multipost screen so it indicates this as well. If you normally post to your own personal FB Page that will no longer work.
This video shows a quick and easy way for Chambers to add a code that will give member pricing to those people who are not in your Member Database.
First Step is to submit a support ticket or use CHAT to tell us that you would like the MEMBER REP system activated for your organization.
Now you will have a full accounting of all member touches and are able to monitor and be sure that your Member Reps are indeed communicating with members. As always let us know if you need our assistance.
We have just added the ability to have $0.00 renewals. In the past we, did not create invoices for members with $0.00 member plans or overrides; now we can create them for $0.00 member plans. ($0 overrides will still be excluded.)
To enable this, you only need to check the box for " Allow for $0.00 member sign-up " in the New Member Registration Config menu.
This will probably be used most often for organizations who want to give members the first term for free and then start collecting dues the second term. (You'll want to use this in conjunction with "change to at renewal" in the member plans.) It can also be used if the org wants to have an expiration date for full members even if they don't pay dues. (List-Only and Prospect types will still not be invoiced.)
We've just added a new feature to the Billing Configuration so that organizations who allow members to switch to a new plan at renewal can restrict them to only plans that have higher dues. All you have to do is check the "Restrict plan changes to higher dues plans" checkbox to turn it on. (And the "Offer Plan Change at Renewal" box of course.)
The comparison works by comparing "annualized" dues. For example, if a member is currently in a plan that charges $100 per year but the org offers a monthly plan that charges $10 per month, the monthly plan will show up ($120/yr). If the org offers a two-year plan at $150 per term, it will not show up ($75/yr).
The comparison also takes into account tiered dues (provided that the member has a valid employee count) and dues overrides.

Besides rebuilding the entire event registration system to be 100% mobile dynamic we are also continuing to improve the platform in many ways. One of those ways is to provide you with an exciting event presentation page that you can now use in your social media, website, text messages (using tinyurl.com), and via email notifications. Below there is an image of how it looks, and below that, shows an image on how you get to this link.
Farther down you will see that when you add a new event you can now instantly add that to the calendar... so it now goes both ways... you can start at the calendar and then create an event around what is in the calendar, or start by building the event in the event registration system first, then add it to the calendar (as shown in last image below).
Several customers have asked us to provide a ANYTIME MEMBER TOUR. We have also provided a scheduler for those prospective members who have questions or would like to learn more.
If you sell booth or exhibitor space and would like to automate that process, including online booth selection and payment, please let us know so we can activate that for you at no extra cost.
Once that is done, you will want to use the following selector within those events that include the option for people to purchase a booth location.

Monthly membership payments are often a hassle since so many credit cards expire, etc. Danielle and John had a great idea that we decided to engineer into the system for everyone to benefit from. If you offer monthly membership dues and have Authorize.Net as your merchant account (may work with others), you can now force it to only accept ACH instead of credit cards. So now their checking account will be debited instead of a credit card. However, credit cards are still an option for those signing up for annual memberships.

I have been working with engineering on every single idea and request. This one was to allow a two way event process. Before this change you always had to add events to the calendar first and then go into the event registration system to create the event from the calendar post. NOW, you can start in the event registration system, and from the final preview page, move it to the calendar. So YOU ARE free to start events on either the calendar or the event registration system. You can see the image below to understand how you start at the event registration system and then be able to insert that automatically into your calendar.

Booth Choice and Registration
The booth editor within event registration allows you to set up an interactive map for your conference, tradeshow, or other event. Registrants can select booths, upload their logo/picture, and see what others booths have been taken and by whom.When creating a booth map, you can create booths of different shapes, sizes and colors and drag them onto the appropriate spot on the grid.
You are also able to add a background image, such as the floorplan of the conference hall and overlay your booth grid.
The Broadcast Email Message feature allows an Admin to send a simple email to the entire member database, or to a selected few members.
The Admin is presented with a menu to "send new message" or to "re-send/add recipients" to a message already sent.In addition to the Broadcast Message system, the MMS is setup to send out a variety of other emails (event invitations, survey emails, etc.). The Calendar of Events feature is one of the most frequently used features in the MMS. It falls under the category of a Content Management Tool as it allows an organization to keep a calendar updated on their website. Our Drip Marketing System is the best way to keep your members engaged with your organization. Drip Marketing campaigns are basically a set of emails on a timeline. When an event occurs for a member (such as signing up or renewing) the member will automatically start their Drip Marketing Campaign. It also works for other triggers like when a prospect is interested in learning about membership.
The CRM System is used to track your contact (interaction) with members and prospects. With this tool, you can record your emails, visits, and phone calls with your members and prospects. You can also report on these contacts.
It is also helpful for recording historical data (membership plan history, committees previously served on, etc.).

Social Media Multipost Feature

Banner Ad Manager
The Banner Ad Manager module has been tiered into separate ad-levels for your convenience. These include Platinum Ads, Gold Ads, Silver Ads, Broadcast Message Sponsor, and Scrolling Banners.
Category Specific Ads
There is an additional option in “Category Specific, Top of member directory search results”. After placing the ad you will be given the option to associate the ad with a category search. Election Management LEARN MORE
The Elections feature allows an admin-level user to create an election with a variety of different questions, and send out emails to the membership to prompt members to complete the election. The election is also posted within the member's area, so those who are granted access can login and complete the election there.
NOTE: the election system is designed to allow only one vote per person. The emails sent to members will provide a link that will require them to login to complete the election.
Legislative Action Center
Once enabled, you will need to edit/maintain a list of legislators. This is done from within Member Database Admin, house members and senate members are two special record types that you will see in the view drop-down.
To set up an legislative item, log-in, then look for Legislative Action in the right column under admin functions.Enter the name of the Action Item (the issue at hand), begin and end dates, the details about the requests (why people should contact their legislator) then the suggested subject and message text, house/senate/both, multiple selection (whether you want people to be able to send to multiple legislators), limited members (if it’s just a few legislators that need to be lobbied, select them).
When you’re done entering the action item, click on Submit. It will show up in the list, along with a url you can use to promote the action item. You can post this url on your website or sent out in an email to your contacts.
As people respond, the system will track who has contacted which legislator.
The resource reservations modules can be used to allow members to reserve a resource that the association has. This could be a conference room, a party room, an LCD projector, or anything that you allow members to use for a limited time.
We understand that most of our customers do not have a budget to hire a sales support person. For this reason, that support is ALSO included with your Chamber Nation program.
Texting Reminders (optional)
The broadcast text message module allows an association to send out text messages to a group of members.
After the message is sent, there is a 'status page' available for that message. It will show the progress of the message (which ones have been sent, or which ones had difficulty). Also, If the recipients choose to reply to your text, their replies will show up on the status page.

Member Prospector has been created specifically for the Chamber of Commerce industry to help them educate prospective members on the value of membership. Once prospects are informed about the value of membership, then they move from "lead status" to a "qualified prospect". Once the prospect has received the electronic educational pieces, then it's easy to track them as a prospect until you are ready to press the "convert to member" button.
The online store feature allows you to manage a catalog of items and sponsorships, and allows members and/or the public to purchase them. If you have a credit card merchant account or paypal account integrated with your MMS account, it will automatically be configured with the store.
To start using the store, the first thing you will have to do is enter items into your catalog to make them available for sale.
You: “I’ve got a question and I don’t know who to ask or what to do.”
Sue: “OK. That’s why I’m here. Ask away, and then we’ll either find the answer or find options for you to check into.”
As board members, committee members, and general members come and go within an organization, the challenge becomes how to share the institutional knowledge that will help the newcomer quickly get up to speed with what’s happening in the organization. No matter how dedicated and well-versed the newcomer is, there is still institutional knowledge that the newcomer needs to become a productive member of the organization.The question I’m often asked is how to share that knowledge, and when to share it? Here are a few thoughts on how I work with this important step in positioning an organization as valuable to newcomers.
